Kathy E. Walker, a professional artist living in Payson, is offering two acrylic painting courses at Eastern Arizona College’s Payson campus this spring.

Walker discovered acrylic paints years ago. Walker, who has strong sensitivities to certain chemicals, loves painting, but couldn’t tolerate the smell of oil paints. Plus, she didn’t enjoy the mess or using harsh chemicals to clean brushes.
