Adele Denounces Concertgoers Who Throw Objects at Performers

At her latest show in Las Vegas, Adele spoke out against the trend of throwing things at artists who are on stage.

The singer of “Rolling in the Deep” stopped her show to yell at people who throw things at artists, daring them to throw something at her.

After Bebe Rexha was hit in the face with a cell phone, someone threw ashes at Pink while she was on stage at her most recent show. This caused a backlash.

During a break in her show at Ceasar’s Palace Hotel & Casino, she yelled at people for being rude and joked that the crowd should throw something at her.

The Grammy winner said, “Have you noticed how people are, like, forgetting (expletive) show etiquette at the moment?”

“Throwing (expletive) on stage, have you seen them?” Adele continued, “I (expletive) dare you, I dare you throw something at me, I’ll (expletive) kill you.”

Then, while aiming with her t-shirt gun, she shot it into the crowd and told them to “stop throwing things at the artist.” She then laughed and said, “I can shoot things at the audience.”

During her American Express Presents BST Hyde Park show, Pink was throwing gifts at her when she got a pouch with a fan’s mother’s ashes.

The singer was shocked, so she asked her fan if the pouch really did have their mother’s ashes. When the fan said yes, she said, “I don’t know how to feel about that.”

Before the incident, Bebe Rexha was shocked after a man threw a phone at her while she was singing, and she needed three stitches.

Later, the singer’s Best F’n Night of My Life tour stopped at The Rooftop at Pier 17, where the man was being held.
