Bruce: A daughter, Helena Idalia, born November 2, 2023 at 8:05 a.m., weighing 7 lbs. 6 oz. to Paige Garvey of Tupper Lake and Chad Bruce of Saranac.

Kingsbury: A daughter, Rowyn Scott, born November 15, 2023 at 8:12 a.m., weighing 7 lbs. 7 oz. to Briana and Colby Kingsbury of Rainbow Lake.

Joyner: A son, Frederick Oliver, born November 16, 2023 at 4:36 a.m., to Megan and Jackson Joyner of Saranac Lake.

Law: A son, Wyatt Leo Thomas, born November 16, 2023 at 8:18 a.m., weighing 8 lbs. 5 oz. to Mallory and Jordan Law of Tupper Lake.

Besio: A son, Colton Rae, born November 20, 2023 at 7:38 a.m., weighing 8 lbs. 10 oz. to Alexis Ottley and Joab Besio of Tupper Lake.

Mullady: A daughter, Grace Elizabeth, born November 21, 2023 at 2:16 p.m., weighing 6 lbs. 0 oz. to MiKailah and Jacob Mullady of Dannemora.
