Last week, Minnesota cowboy J.D. Struxness fell off his horse at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo during a steer wrestling competition. He walked away uninjured and received over 70,000 TikTok views and 11,000 YouTube views. The terrifying occurrence happened when Struxness’ horse collided with a steer, sending him plummeting to the ground and the horse somersaulting. According to Chron, both animals have been cleared by vets, and Struxness escaped with only minor injuries. Even the next day, the star rodeo champion, ranked 12th in the world for steer wrestling, was allowed to compete.
