After His Wife Kourtney Kardashian Had “Fetal Surgery,” Travis Barker Returned to the Stage

Travis Barker is once more playing the drums.

Blink-182 played live again on Friday for the first time since Barker, 47, left the U.K. part of their tour last week to be with his pregnant wife Kourtney Kardashian, 44, while she had emergency surgery.

The pop-punk band was finally able to play on stage again in Antwerp, Belgium, after having to cancel three shows in Glasgow, Belfast, and Dublin because Barker had “an urgent family matter” at the time.

Barker wrote, “1st day of tour,” in the description of a video he shared to Instagram. In the video, Barker can be seen walking up to the venue and giving a fan his drumsticks while the fan sobs about meeting Barker.

In many photos from Belgium that he shared to his Instagram Stories, the drummer also showed fans around a church.

In the evening, the band played their best songs on stage in Antwerp. One fan put a film of people singing along to “I Miss You” at a concert on X, which used to be called Twitter.

The performer said in a post on X a few days before the event on Wednesday that the “All the Small Things” rockers would be able to get back to their European shows. As the reality star dealt with a problem with his wife’s pregnancy, he thanked his fans and his wife’s health.

On X, the musician wrote, “God is great. I flew home for a life-threatening emergency surgery for our baby that I’m so grateful went well. I want to say thank you for all the support. Tour resumes Friday.”

Wednesday, the person who made Lemme said that she had “urgent fetal surgery” and talked about it in an Instagram post. She also sent a black-and-white picture of herself holding her husband’s hand while wearing a medical bracelet and wrote, “I will be forever grateful to my incredible doctors for saving our baby’s life.”
