AKRON, Ohio (WOIO) – A 23-year-old man is facing multiple drug charges in Akron after police found over 1000 grams of different types of drugs, according to Akron police.
Officers say they pulled over a car for an equipment violation before 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Russell Avenue.
Police say they found approximately 60 grams of fentanyl in the center console, which led to a search of the vehicle.
In total, officers say they found over 1000 grams of methamphetamines, 200 oxycodone pills and 19 grams of crack cocaine.
The driver was arrested and booked into the Summit County Jail on drug possession and trafficking charges.
