HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Alaska Airlines and Gov. Josh Green will be holding a press conference Wednesday to announce the launch of a travel gift program for Maui wildfire-impacted families.

The program — called Maui CARE Flights — will give more than 3,000 roundtrip Alaska Airlines flights to families.

Alaska Airlines CEO Ben Minicucci is expected to speak alongside other community leaders.

A press conference is set for 11 a.m.
