The nominees for Best Alternative Music Performance at the 2024 Grammy Awards are Alvvays, Arctic Monkeys, Boygenius, Lana Del Rey, and Paramore. Arctic Monkeys, Lana Del Rey, and Boygenius have also been nominated for Best Alternative Music Album.

Alvvays’ nomination is for their song “Belinda Says” from Blue Rev. Arctic Monkeys’ “Body Paint” appears on The Car, while Paramore’s “This Is Why” is the title track off their latest record. Those songs are up against Lana Del Rey’s Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd standout “A&W” and Boygenius’ “Cool About It.” Last year, was the first time that the Recording Academy handed out a Grammy Award for Best Alternative Music Performance, and it went to Wet Leg for “Chaise Lounge.”
