Amazon is the lowest-priced U.S. retailer for the seventh year in a row, according to Profitero study


Amazon works hard every day to offer low prices and fast delivery across our wide selection of products, whether it’s the holiday season or a regular shopping day. We’re proud that, for seven consecutive years, third-party analysis confirms that Amazon has the lowest online prices among leading U.S. retailers, with prices that were an average of 16% lower than our competitors.

The independent study from Profitero confirmed that Amazon continues to offer the lowest prices by analyzing the online prices of 19 leading U.S. retailers across more than 11,000 exact-matched products. Amazon had the lowest prices of all U.S. retailers studied across all 15 categories analyzed—including everyday essentials and top-selling holiday categories such as toys, electronics, and fashion.
