Amazon is stocked full of nifty tech gadgets to make life easier, but the downside is they come with high price tags. With so many devices to choose from, like smart doorbells, e-readers, Alexa devices and more, it can be tough to know which to go for. It can be even worse to fork out cash on one, only to realise it’s not for you
Luckily, it turns out there is a way to test them out and get your money back if you’re not happy. Amazon gives shopper the chance to send back many of its own products within 30 days, as long as you follow Amazon’s return policy, reports Buckinghamshire Live.
If you don’t love the item, you can get your money back, but it must still be in new condition, but you only have a month to return them unless there is a functional issue. There are plenty of products that are included, which you can see below.

But Amazon says: “After the 30 days have passed, you will no longer be entitled to return your Amazon Device unless it is defective.”
The retailer adds: “If you want to return your Amazon Device for a refund and you purchased your Amazon Device from a third-party seller or third-party retail store, you must return your device or accessory to the retailer where you made the purchase, according to the retailer’s return policies.”
You can read more about the small print here. Amazon isn’t the only retailer to offer such a policy, as Currys sells all kinds of appliances and also offers a 30-day refund.
Explaining the process, Currys said: “If you purchased online, you can return your item within 30 days even if you have opened it for inspection. To obtain a full refund, it must be returned as new and in a resaleable condition.
