The hip injury Amber Heard got while training for the New York City Marathon is still not fully healed because she needs help to walk.

On Sunday, the Aquaman star was at a playground in Madrid, Spain, with her daughter and her sister. She had a black cane in her right hand.

She was caught more than once picking up her 2-year-old daughter Oonagh or walking with her hand on hers.

Page Six says that Heard’s sister Whitney Henriquez spent the day with Heard and their kids at the neighborhood playground.

Heard could still hold her daughter’s hand and help push a walker with her niece inside, which shows that she was mostly using the crutch as a safety net. At one point, she also got on her knees and just grabbed it.

She looked casually chic in a black tank top, straight-leg beige pants, and Chloé woody stacked logo slide shoes. She is 37 years old.

A thick brown belt, black Ray-Ban sunglasses, and gold hoops finished off the mother of one’s outfit. Her hair was in a messy bun that she made.

Heard was seen laughing and talking with her kid, who was wearing a bright yellow dress, even though she had to use a stick sometimes.
