A college student from the United States was detained over the weekend for urinating on a fellow passenger on an American Airlines flight. According to the news agency ANI, authorities in Delhi, India greeted the flight and arrested 21-year-old Aryan Vohra. The airline stated that Vohra, an Indian student attending school in the United States, was “heavily drunk” and disregarded staff orders. “He continually argued with the operating crew, refused to be seated, and endangered the safety of the crew and aircraft. Finally, after disrupting the safety of fellow passengers, he urinated on a passenger seated in 15g.” The victim, an unidentified American, elected not to press charges; however, Vohra could be charged based on the airline’s allegation.
