American Express Is Suing Kim Zolciak’s Daughter, Brielle Biermann, for $12,800

Brielle Biermann, the daughter of Kim Zolciak, is in a legal fight with American Express over a $12,870.25 credit card bill she hasn’t paid.

TMZ says that legal papers show that the 26-year-old hasn’t made the minimum payments on her Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card.

In response to the case, Biermann’s rep told TMZ that the reality star plans to pay off the rest of her debt by Wednesday. This shows that she wants to take care of the money problem quickly.

This case is the latest problem that the Zolciak-Biermann family is having with money.

Brielle, her mother Kim Zolciak, and her adopted father Kroy Biermann have all been in trouble with the law because they didn’t pay their bills.

Zolciak sold some of Brielle’s high-end brand clothes for up to $20,000 last month to help her and her husband with their money problems.

Also, Target sued Kim Zolciak at the end of June because she owed the store $2,482.24.

The store said she hadn’t paid anything toward the debt since September 2022. Target National Bank was after both the unpaid amount and the interest that had built up on the debt.
