GATLINBURG, Tenn. (WVLT) – Anakeesta plans to take you across the country with their new festival for the summer season.
Anakeesta gives you a taste of America as you can sample foods for all the regions all across the country.
Anakeesta is ready for the summer season with a red white and blue theme across the park.
See famous Americana landmarks as you wander through the park immersing you in the culinary culture of the United States and the rich flavors we have to offer. You can see the statue of “LiBearty” all while tasting foods across the United States.
A tasting pass gets you seven full menu item from 12 locations across the park.
From churros for the sweet tooth to the lobster roll for something from the sea, you’re sure the find something your taste buds will enjoy. .
Each of the food items is themed to specific states like Illinois or Maine.
All of this surrounded by the live music and the Smoky Mountain views.
“Some of those states include Louisiana so we have our Cajun dishes. We have our gumbo there we have all the way up to California with our frozen which is costumed to Anakeesta. So we’re super excited to kind of roll out a few more drink items this year,” said Austin Martin, spokesperson for Anakeesta.
Purchase a tasting card and gain access to your choice of 7 items per pass at any participating location.
“These are full-size entrees so you can buy them a-la-cart, or you can buy the tasting pass it is going to be your best bet, $49 for seven samples it comes out to be about $7 a piece,” said Martin.
