A Northwest Indiana native behind the world’s largest Angophile website penned a new travel memoir exploring Great Britain.
LaPorte native Jonathan Thomas, who founded Anglotopia.net, wrote “End to End: Britain from Land’s End to John O’Groats.” The book travels 900 miles up the spine of Britain end to end while exploring local legends, flavors, beaches and Highlands from across the United Kingdom.
An avid traveler enamored of all things British, Thomas wrote a travelogue recounting a road trip from Cornwall to the south to Scotland to the north. The LeJog journey was on his Great British Bucket List. He runs the Anglotopia website, which is filled with articles about British culture, travel and history that reaches readers worldwide.
He previously penned the memoir “Adventures in Anglotopia” about his journeys in Great Britain.

The new memoir follows him and his wife as they visit various landscapes, ruins, castles and stately homes.
