Ariana Grande Threatens Critics?


Ariana Grande spoke candidly about her current employment situation and responded to one of her demo songs, Fantasize, going viral on TikTok last year.

On Monday night, Ariana Grande appeared on the Zach Sang Show to discuss her forthcoming album, Eternal Sunshine, which will be released on March 8, as well as her part as Glinda in the upcoming Wicked movie.

Although Grande did not reveal much about her present intentions, she did give a sneak glimpse into some popular issues relevant to both projects.

When asked about working again with producer Max Martin, Grande said that she recorded some tunes at Jungle City Studios in New York before leaving to film Wicked.

much of the recordings, including a demo called Fantasize, were posted on TikTok without her permission and went popular throughout much of 2023.

“Thank you so much. I’ll see you in jail. Literally,” Grande joked before revealing that the audience’s positive reaction to the tunes (a cut snippet of Fantasize was utilized in over 130,000 films on the video platform) prompted her to incorporate reworked versions of them on her upcoming album.

“It was like a parody of this girl group vibe. But [the fans] love it… It’s so corny, but it’s okay. I took the note and I kind of gave them Ariana’s version of that on the album,” she explained.

“They’re completely different now. So although you’ve heard them — because you stole them — they’re very different now.”
