ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Eighty pieces of art will be auctioned off to benefit William Allen High School’s art program.
The auction will take place at the Civic Theatre’s 514 building, 514 N. 19th St., from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10.
The auction is organized by the William Allen Arts Alliance, or WAAA, a nonprofit organization that aims to raise awareness for William Allen High School’s dance, visual art, music and theater programs.
Proceeds from the auction will fund those programs, along with equipment, field trips and residencies for the high school students.
Bidders can also purchase art online through this link.
A online preview of the auction began Nov. 3. So far, $3,965 has been raised for the school.
