CHEYENNE — The capital city is hosting its 25th annual Senior ArtFest, and yes, it’s all art made by seniors in the community.

Back in September, Erin LeBlanc, director of the Laramie County Senior Activity Center, sent out a call for any senior that was 60 or older to submit up to six art pieces they’ve made, whether that be paintings, sculptures, drawings, photography or digital art.
