SPEARFISH — In the lead-up to Mental Health Awareness Month, the Matthews Opera House has partnered with the Lawrence County Coalition to present “Mind Matters” in its gallery space.
“It focuses on mental health awareness. The pieces are either made through the act of getting through mental health issues or representing it, or just making art as a form of self-care,” said Tia Erin, the visual arts coordinator at the Matthews.
