Retired art teacher Bruce Kaupanger’s Spring Creek Clay Studio was the focus on a field trip on April 30 by art students of Rice Lake High School art teacher Kristin Korbel.

“Advanced level ceramics students from Rice Lake High School had the unique opportunity to visit the studio and witness a Raku glaze firing,” Korbel said. “Several of the students were even able to have one of their own pieces fired while there.”
