Seasons play a starring role in the Falmouth Art Center’s new show, “Transitions in New England.” The show runs through June 30 in the Hermann Gallery.

The almost 70 works by local artists in the show utilize a wide range of mediums, including oils and acrylics, pastels, watercolors, pen and ink, collage, mixed media, printmaking, photography, wood and fiber arts, including weaving.
