Arts and culture sector a boost to the North Coast


The arts and culture sector in Oregon had an economic impact of $829 million in the 2022 fiscal year, according to a new study, including $13.6 million in Clatsop County.

The Arts & Economic Prosperity study from Americans for the Arts, released on Thursday, was based on data from 19 communities across the state and more than 13,000 surveys at arts and culture events.
