Capitol Contemporary Gallery presents two new exhibitions for October, “Improvisations” by Geoffrey Krueger and “Second Sight” by Sue Latta. Krueger is showing a collection of improvised abstract paintings, while Latta is exhibiting conceptual works, “checking in with her intuition and presenting the work in a way that transcends the surface,” according to a press release about the shows.
The opening reception is on First Thursday, Oct. 3 from 5 to 9 p.m. The exhibition is free and open to the public and runs through Oct. 31.
