Ashton Kutcher Is Being Chastised for His Friendship with Former Rabbi Yehuda Berg

Ashton Kutcher has recently been criticized for his friendship with former Rabbi Yehuda Berg, who was found guilty of drugging and drinking with the intention of raping women.

RadarOnline.com says that Berg was the one who married Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore in 2005.

The news source found out about this after Kutcher and his current wife, Mila Kunis, tried to fix their reputations by writing letters of support for their former co-star Danny Masterson on That ’70s Show.

For those who don’t know, Masterson was found guilty of raping two Scientology members and given a 30-year jail sentence.

Netizens were upset with Kutcher and Kunis, so the actor stepped down as head of Thorn, an anti-child sex abuse group he started with Moore a year after they broke up in 2011.

In his resignation letter, Kutcher wrote, “Victims of sexual abuse have been historically silenced and the character statement I submitted is yet another painful instance of questioning victims who are brave enough to share their experiences.”

Back in the day, Kutcher and Berg were seen hanging out together, so it’s thought that they were best friends.

In 2015, Jena Scaccetti was said to have hit Berg and sued the organization for $55 million. This put Kutcher in a tight spot with Berg.

Berg explained why he gave Scaccetti Vicodin at her jury trial in Los Angeles Superior Court. He said, “The reason I gave her Vicodin is because she had kidney stones. The reason I have her a drink is because she was coming over for a drink.”

But Berg did not “recall” if he scared Scaccetti.
