LANCASTER — Coming off a tough match against College of the Sequoias on Friday, the Antelope Valley College women’s tennis team rebounded with a big win against Porterville College, 8-1, on Saturday afternoon at Antelope Valley College.

The Marauders (1-1) were defeated by Sequoias, which made the Final Four in the team state tournament last season, but had a short memory as they were dominant against the Pirates (0-2).
