
Just in time for holiday shopping season, three fall Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows are headed to Northeast Ohio this month, according to a news release.
Featuring 50 to 100 vendors per event, these shows have become a popular local shopping destination for the fall/winter season, the release said.
Customers can expect a variety of items including, but not limited to clothing, jewelry, pet accessories, home décor, bath and body products and more, according to the release.
“We are ready to go for the holiday season and have been working to pack our shows with some of the area’s most talented vendors,” said Becki Silverstein, owner of the Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows in the release. “This Is always the most popular and busiest time of year for us, and we are excited to offer a show every weekend this November in different locations throughout the Cleveland area.”
This year’s November lineup includes:
• Rocky River Fall Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 11, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 12, at the Rocky River Memorial Hall, 21016 Hilliard Blvd.
Proceeds from the show will benefit the Cleveland Animal Protective League, according to the release.
• Strongsville Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show from from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 18, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 19. at the Strongsville Ehrnfelt Recreation Center, 18100 Royalton Road in Strongsville.
Proceeds will benefit the Project Night Night, according to the release.
• Avon Winter Avant-Garde Art & Craft Show will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 25, at the Emerald Event Center, 33040 Just Imagine Drive in Avon.
Proceeds will benefit Smiles for Sophie Forever, according to the release.
Founded in Cleveland, the Avant-Garde Art & Craft Shows launched in 2011, the release said.
Annually, the show holds nearly 30 events in the Midwest, according to the release.
On top of this, a portion of the proceeds from each show benefit a charity local to the area, the release said.
To date, the show has raised nearly $69,000 for local nonprofits, according to the release.
