Friday, October 14, Bad Bunny put out his fifth studio record, Nadie Sabe Lo Que Va a Pasar Manana.
It looks like one of the song lyrics in the most recent musical feast talked about the controversial event earlier this year where someone threw a phone.
In the first song, Bad Bunny, whose real name is Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio, talked openly about how being a celebrity was making him feel bad about his mental health.
He seemed to talk about the time he threw a fan’s phone when she tried to take a selfie with him, which caused a lot of trouble.
He rapped, “You’re not my real fan/that’s why I threw my cell phone at you.”
In early January in the Dominican Republic, the artist threw a fan’s phone into the water. These words were about that event.
People watching caught the moment on video, and videos that have been shared on social media show that the fan was shocked as the recording artist walked by her.
He said in an old post, “The person who comes up to me to say hello, to tell me something, or just to meet me, will always receive my attention and respect. Those who come and put a [expletive] phone in my face, I will consider it for what it is, a lack of respect, and I will treat it likewise.”
