Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez Share A Kiss on the Red Carpet

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck went to the opening of The Flash, and as they walked down the red carpet, they shared a sweet kiss. Entertainment Tonight showed a video of the event in which the two were seen happy and very friendly as they walked to the theater. At one point, the actor who plays Batman leaned in for a quick kiss, which made his wife very happy.

Lopez and Affleck started dating when they met on the set of the 2001 movie Gigli. The couple’s relationship, called “Bennifer,” made many headlines and was closely watched by the media. This led paparazzi and tabloid writers to follow them around a lot. They broke up in 2004, and Lopez later said that the constant attention from the press was a big reason why Affleck didn’t want to keep dating her.

After they broke up, Lopez married singer Marc Anthony and had two children with him. She broke up with Anthony in 2011 and then started dating her former backup dancer, Casper Smart. Affleck also got married in 2005 when he married Garner. The couple has two girls and one boy together.

In 2018, Garner and Affleck broke up. Over the next few years, the Gone Girl actor was tied to several different women, including Ana de Armas, who was in the Hulu thriller Deep Water with him. In 2017, Lopez began dating Alex Rodriguez, who used to play for the New York Yankees. The two got engaged in 2019, but their wedding had to be put off twice. In April 2021, the couple said they were no longer together.

Midway through 2021, Lopez and Affleck started dating again, and they finally got married in two different ceremonies during the summer of 2022. During an interview with Vogue, Lopez was told that some people were upset about her taking Affleck’s last name. She was surprised by this and said so. “What? Really?” she said, “People are still going to call me Jennifer Lopez. But my legal name will be Mrs. Affleck because we’re joined together. We’re husband and wife. I’m proud of that. I don’t think that’s a problem.”

She also said what she thought about the idea that Affleck should take her last name instead. “No! It’s not traditional,” Lopez said, “It doesn’t have any romance to it. It feels like it’s a power move, you know what I mean? I’m very much in control of my life and destiny and feel empowered as a woman and person. I can understand that people have their feelings about it, and that’s okay, too. But if you want to know how I feel about it, I just feel like it’s romantic. It still carries tradition and romance to me, and maybe I’m just that kind of girl.”
