It’s always preferable to hear music in person, but it’s hard to resist these three virtual events taking place this weekend …

• “Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce” premieres in theaters on Friday, Dec. 1, hoping to draft on the nearly $250 million box office gross of “Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour.” Queen Be’s concert movie was filmed during the Renaissance World Tour’s final date on Oct. 1 at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium.
