Beyoncé’s seldom-seen twins were featured in the teaser for her upcoming film, Renaissance: A Film by Beyoncé.
The sneak peek, which was released on Monday, featured Queen Bey’s six-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir, as well as repeated appearances by her eldest daughter Blue Ivy, 11.
In one case, the Crazy in Love singer kissed baby Sir on the lips before carrying him in her lap in the back of a chopper.
Rumi joined her mother and older sister for a stretching exercise, with Beyoncé’s voiceover saying, “When I am performing, I am nothing but free.”
Voiceovers of the twins’ coos, cries, and laughing were also used in parts of the trailer.
In a record-breaking Instagram post in 2017, the 32-time Grammy winner announced that she and her husband of 15 years, Jay Z, are expecting twins. However, the traditionally secretive couple has kept the kids mostly out of the spotlight.
Meanwhile, the power couple’s oldest daughter, Blue Ivy, volunteered to be a backup dancer for her mother’s wildly popular Renaissance World Tour, which has been termed a cultural movement.
The Halo singer couldn’t stop gushing about Blue in an Instagram post, captioning it, “My beautiful first born [folded hands emoji] I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama.”
Beyoncé’s Renaissance: A Film will be released in theaters on December 1, 2023.
