‘Big Little Lies’ Star Nicole Kidman Gives Credit to Her Daughter Sunday for the Third Season

Nicole Kidman needed a push to film the third season of Big Little Lies.

The Oscar winner recently said that her husband Keith Urban’s 15-year-old daughter had been urging her to do so.

“I can’t believe how many people are interested,” Nicole said when asked about the show at the New York premiere of her new series Expats on January 21, according to E! News.

“It’s so lovely—propelled by Sunday Urban. She was like, ‘I’m telling you, mom, you have to do it’ when she saw both of the series. She was like, ‘I’m sick of you talking about doing it. I want to see action now’. That’s a 15-year-old.”

Although the third season of the HBO drama has yet to be announced, actresses and producers Nicole and Reese Witherspoon have stated that they are working hard to make it a reality.

Nicole owes her prospective return to Monterey to more than just Sunday, who appeared on Big Little Lies the previous season.

The Moulin Rouge actress, who has children Bella Cruise, 31, and Connor Cruise, 29, with her ex-partner Tom Cruise, as well as a 13-year-old daughter Faith Urban with Keith, has received numerous project ideas from family members over the years.

Nicole’s current play, The Expatriates, was inspired by Janice Y.K. Lee’s book, which she first learned about from her sister Antonia Kidman.

“Give her all the credit,” the actress stated. “She’s my sister. That’s what you do.”
