MADISON, Wis. — After a week full of festivities, the Black Arts Matter Festival officially wrapped up for the year on Sunday.
In its fourth year, the event aims to reflect the many layers of the Black arts movement, including music, spoken word, visual art, stand-up comedy, a vendors market and a poetry slam with performers from around the country.
