BLACKPINK’s YouTube channel reached a new milestone, topping 93 million subscribers.
Among all the artists, the band was the first to celebrate the victory, with their YouTube channel ranking as the 12th most-subscribed channel.
Lisa and Jennie, who recently started their separate labels, demonstrated their impact by being among the top ten most-subscribed YouTube channels, as certified by Asian performers.
As of 2022, BLACKPINK and Bad Bunny were the only musicians to have surpassed 3 billion views. The female group also shattered records with its hit track Pink Venom, which was named the most viewed K-pop music video in both 2022 and 2023.
The band made its fame by setting a standard for other South Korean bands that remains valid year after year. Fans can’t wait for it to continue dominating the platform in the years ahead.
Jisoo, one of their members, recently joined the bandwagon by launching her solo project, Blissoo, following the announcement of Jennie and Lisa’s respective labels, ODD Atelier and LLOUD.
According to sources, BLACKPINK will return to its group activities in 2024, after a two-year hiatus.
