The temp may reach 70 degrees today, and I have to keep reminding myself that it is February. But, summer will be here before we know it, and this is a fun new development if you’re looking for hew things to do outside of C-U.

Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts is hosting First Friday Concerts on the Lawn this summer. The outdoor events will be just $5, and each will feature a different music genre. If you make an evening of it and grab dinner and/or do some shopping Downtown Bloomington, you can show your receipt and attend for free.

Concerts will happen June 7th, July 5th, August 2nd, and September 6th. Keep an eye on BCPA’s social media for more details.
