PAWTUCKET – J’s Brothers Restaurant, which has served breakfast and lunch in the former Don’s Lunch location at 169 Benefit St. for the past year, now has a liquor license and will stay open until 9 p.m.

Owner Jose Jacome Morales presented his plan, telling the City Council, acting as the Board of License Commissioners on Nov. 21, that opening his own restaurant has been his dream for most of his life spent in the business. He said he expects to be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.
