Bobbie Jean Carter’s body was laid to rest.

Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter’s late sister was buried alongside their sister Leslie, who died over a decade ago, in her native state of Florida.

According to TMZ, the Carters held a tiny, private wedding outside of Tampa, Florida, with close friends and family present.

Although it is unclear whether Nick was present, Bobbie’s mother, Jane, who broke the news of her death to TMZ, apparently delivered the eulogy at the event.

According to the report, Bobbie Jean was buried next to her late sister so that their mother could visit both of them on a regular basis.

Bobbie’s death was the third among the Carter siblings, following the deaths of Leslie in 2012 from a prescription drug overdose and Aaron in 2022.

Bobbie Jean, 41, was discovered comatose in her bathtub on December 23, 2023, precisely like her late brother Aaron.

Though no official cause of death was given, the family believes Bobbie Jean died of a heart arrest at home. She was also the mother of an eight-year-old daughter named Bella, who is now in the care of her grandma Jane.

Bobbie has a history of drug usage and was facing a turbulent year after being released from prison for theft and drug possession. However, at the time of her death, Bobbie’s roommate said she had not used narcotics since her release from prison.

Following her death, their other sister Angel paid a heartfelt homage to not only Bobbie but all of her late siblings, recognizing the collective childhood trauma they all experienced.

“I know why Leslie, Aaron, and now you ended up in the circumstances that you did,” Angel wrote on Instagram.
