Bombshell Dance Project revives expanded version of its immersive, ‘Clue’-inspired mystery

Bombshell Dance Project is reprising In the Conservatory with the Knife, an immersive murder mystery inspired by the board game Clue that allows audiences to roam three floors of the Wyly Theatre trying to solve the crime.

Starring 12 female actors and dancers in scenes spread across four rooms, In the Conservatory has been expanded since premiering last year as part of the AT&T Performing Arts Center’s Elevator Project series. It includes a twist on the original version written by Katie Bernet.

“We discovered new and exciting possibilities and were eager to add more characters, expand their stories and dive deeper into the clues and mysteries the audience experiences,” Bombshell artistic directors Emily Bernet and Taylor Rodman said in an email response. “ATTPAC felt the same and has partnered with us to bring the show back in an even bigger way … This time all the women spill their secrets and will keep you guessing until the very end.”
