Brad Pitt Has Expressed Interest in Adapting Britney Spears’ Biography for the Big Screen

Brad Pitt is apparently interested in producing a film adaptation of Britney Spears’ biography.

According to Page Six, Reese Witherspoon and Margot Robbie are among a bevy of A-listers interested in turning The Woman in Me into a film or TV series.

“It’s only beginning to take shape,” one source told the newspaper.

The Ankler was the first to break the story, claiming that the Toxic singer canceled a meeting with an unnamed high-profile producer “at the last minute,” explaining that she “didn’t feel up to it”.

According to the publication, Spears is also in negotiations for a $40 million participatory documentary.

Spears is having to “catch her breath” after the “overwhelming” reception to her book, which was released on October 24.

On the first day of its release, it became the best-selling celebrity memoir, selling over a million copies in the United States alone in the first week.

The tell-all included shocking revelations about her personal and professional life, including a detailed look at her 13-year conservatorship under her father and her tumultuous romance with Justin Timberlake.
