Brevard College Theatre presents ‘A Christmas Carol’

Brevard College Theatre will perform “A Christmas Carol: A One-Man Ghost Story,” an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic tale by William Leach. The show is directed by and stars faculty member Dan Toot.

Join Brevard College Theatre in this faithful and poetic adaptation of “A Christmas Carol.” Scrooge, Cratchit, Tiny Tim nand all the rest are brought to life in one body. Presented in a comfortable and intimate setting, Toot invites families to get into the Christmas spirit and perhaps to reflect on if they have been”Scrooge-like.” The “Spirits” are coming.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.brevardcollege.eventbrite.com or at the door. Ticket prices are $5 for students and $10 for the general public.

All performances will take place in the Morrison Playhouse at The Paul Porter Center for Performing Arts on the Brevard College’s campus. Performance times are as follows: Friday, Dec. 1, 7 p.m.; Saturday, Dec. 2, 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.; and Sunday, Dec. 3, 7 p.m. More information can be found at www.brevard.edu/theatre/ or by calling (828) 641-0605.
