Broken Arrow’s Tuesdays in the Park returns with free live performances

A free summer tradition is lighting up Central Park in Broken Arrow, offering families a night of live entertainment, food and arts each Tuesday in June.

Tuesdays in the Park features live musical performances from 7 to 9 p.m. at Central Park, located at 1500 S. Main St. Each evening includes a wide range of family-friendly offerings, including food trucks, hands-on art activities and games sponsored by Oklahoma Central Credit Union. A break during the show includes prize raffles and interactive fun for children.

The event is organized by ARTSOK, the Regional Arts Alliance of Broken Arrow, which supports year-round community programming and arts education.

A growing investment in the arts

Tuesdays in the Park is one of several initiatives led by ARTSOK, a nonprofit organization formed through the merger of the Broken Arrow Performing Arts Center Foundation and the Broken Arrow Arts and Humanities Council.

The organization’s mission is to strengthen arts programming and education through unified fundraising, expanded community outreach and broader grant opportunities. It also supports programs like Chalk it Up, Poetry Slam, Art in Public Places and Kristin Chenoweth’s Broadway Boot Camp and Master Classes.

Through partnerships with Broken Arrow Public Schools, local leaders and performing arts supporters like Chenoweth, ARTSOK continues to build a strong cultural foundation for the city’s future. The group is also playing a key role in planning a new downtown arts center that will expand access to arts education and performance opportunities.

Community is the heart of the event

With no admission cost and weekly programming open to all ages, Tuesdays in the Park has become a highlight of summer in Broken Arrow. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy the festivities in the park.
