BTS Jungkook Donates One Billion Won to a Children’s Hospital

A children’s hospital has received one billion won, which is equivalent to around $758,990, courtesy of Jungkook, a member of the K-pop group BTS.

The Seoul National University Children’s Hospital disclosed on April 18 that he made the donation to support juvenile patients and their families on April 14. The donation will cover the cost of treatment for children from low-income families and assist the comprehensive care center’s operations.

In addition to treating young children, the hospital operates a comprehensive care centre that assists their families.

Jungkook provided a brief remark on the donation, adding, “With the hopes of being at least a small help to children who are suffering, I will root for children to smile in good health.”

In related news, Jungkook has recently adjusted his overseas schedule to facilitate J-Hope’s official enlistment in the military.
