The new soundtrack for the 3D animation movie Bastions by the K-pop group BTS is in the Top 20 of the Spotify Global Charts. The song “The Planet” has also been at the top of Oricon’s Digital Daily Songs Chart.

On May 14, their management company, BigHit Entertainment, told the world that they were at the top of the Oricon chart in Japan. They also launched at No. 19 on Spotify’s Global Charts after getting around 2,956,589 streams in just one day.

The song was at the top of the iTunes charts in at least 68 countries almost as soon as it came out.

The group’s project is a bit of a surprise since they haven’t worked together as a whole in a while. Instead, they’ve been taking a break and working on their own projects.

Jin, the group’s last member, put out a song called “The Astronaut,” which was written by Coldplay before he had to go to the military. He will be back in 2024. J-Hope also released his record Jack in the Box and a song with J. Cole called “On the Street” before joining the military.
