Buellton displays new downtown artwork
Buellton’s Arts and Culture Committee, in coordination with the Buellton City Council, is debuting a vibrant collection of banner art in downtown Buellton for the month of May as part of an ongoing community art project themed “Exploring the Ocean.”
Downtown features the artwork of local artists Damaris Dac, Paula Castillo, Millie Firey, Brandon Garcia, Mac McGinnis and Rosemary Hrehor. The campaign is sponsored by BradKaz Photography, a Santa Barbara based fine art photographer and drone videographer.
A different design is showcased each month under the current theme, featuring creations by local contributing artists.
The project is made possible by Buellton’s Art & Culture Program, the California Nature Art Museum (a nonprofit partner), monthly sponsorships, and with support from the Buellton community.
