A second Buffalo resident has been charged in connection with an investigation into the May 8 report of a stolen vehicle in Avon that led to the discovery of two stolen vehicles – a red BMW and white Cadillac Escalade – from Horseheads and two pursuits, one of which ended in a crash of the Escalade.

The pursuit of the BMW was called off following the crash.
