Business Insider has hired Tom Carter as a reporter covering electronic vehicles and artificial intelligence.

He was a business news fellow at Business Insider’s London office, covering AI, EVs, and self-driving cars.

Previously, he worked as a production journalist at the Daily Telegraph.

He graduated from Cardiff University, where he studied journalism, in 2022.
