Yoga in the Galleries: 108 Sun Salutations: 5:30 p.m., Piedmont Arts; Join instructor Elizabeth Walsh in the Piedmont Arts galleries for a time-honored traditional yoga practice for the winter solstice; Walsh has RYT 500 yoga training and 10 years of teaching experience. This is a vigorous practice that can be adapted for first-time yoga students and fitness of all levels.
