THEY SAY ROBERT CARR WAS DRIVING A WHITE SUBARU HATCHBACK AND THAT WAS FOUND ABOUT A MILE FROM WHERE WE ARE NOW AT A BOAT LAUNCH AREA. POLICE CONVERGING IN LISBON IN HOPES OF FINDING HIM AFTER LOCATING THAT CAR. THEY ARE REMINDING EVERYONE THAT COD IS CONSIDERED ARMED AND DANGEROUS. PEOPLE WILL SEE HIM. THEY SHOULD NOT APPROACH COD OR MAKE CONTACT WITH HIM IN ANY WAY. THE SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER THAT CURRENTLY STANDS IN LEWISTON REMAINS A VEHICLE WHICH WAS A VEHICLE OF INTEREST IN THIS INCIDENT WAS LOCATED IN LISBON AND WE ARE NOW ALSO ASKING RESIDENTS IN LISBON TO SHELTER IN PLACE. AND THAT ORDER ONCE AGAIN APPLYING TO OR REQUEST RATHER APPLYING TO PEOPLE IN THE ENTIRETY OF ANDROSCOGGIN COUNTY. NOW SCHOOLS HERE IN LISBON ARE CLOSED FOR THE DAY. Residents in Androscoggin County asked to shelter in place
People in all of Androscoggin County in Maine are being asked to shelter in place while the search for the man connected to deadly mass shootings continues.A white Subaru hatchback connected to the person of interest in the shootings, Robert Card, was found in Lisbon, Maine, overnight. >> At least 16 dead in shootings, according to ABC NewsThe car was found at the Pejepscot Boat Ramp on the Androscoggin River.
