Car drives into Bedford Heights doggy daycare, catches fire; Business to close for weeks


BEDFORD HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – A vehicle drove off I-480 Easter morning and right into a Bedford Heights doggy day care, firefighters say.

In a social media post, Bedford firefighters said the car first hit a pole and then crashed into Camp Bow Wow on the 23000 block of Aurora Road and caught fire.

Firefighters say the driver was rescued and not injured.

19 News reached out to the manager of the Camp Bow Wow, who said the business would be closed for at least several weeks.
