Sand Land Car guide
The Car is, as the name suggests, a basic four-wheeled vehicle with average combat ability balanced by good driving technique. The first time you drive the Car, during the Head To The Legendary Spring main story mission, it won’t even have a weapon attached; that will come later, once you find the Car frame and are able to build it in Ann’s garage.
How to unlock the Car
As mentioned before, the Car will be given to you temporarily in the Head To The Legendary Spring main story missions, where it will eventually be destroyed by a massive sand monster.
To earn the ability to build a Car whenever you want, you’ll need to complete the Car Part Scavenge side quest later in the adventure, where you’ll find the Car Frame blueprint necessary to unlock it in the Garage.

The Car serves as the baseline in terms of attack and defense, with its stats sitting right in the middle of the scale. Its initial weapon is a Homing Missile, however, and that gives it a slight edge over other early-game vehicles because of how well the weapon deals with airborne enemies.
The Car also gets around well, thanks to its proficient speed and handling. It’s a great choice for getting around in the early parts of the game. The Motorbike is slightly faster in most builds, but the Car’s superior steering may appeal to those who prefer better control over their vehicle.
