MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A video FOX13 obtained showed a Memphis interstate being shutdown due to cars blocking the lanes and spinning cars around.

According to the Memphis Police Department, calls about car disturbances at I-240 near the Perkins exit came in a little after midnight.

The video shows a few people hanging out of a car while the driver spins the car in circles almost hitting other drivers.

Drivers on I-240 were at a standstill, but it was not reported for how long.

MPD said when they came to check the area, they were unable to locate those who were blocking the lanes.
